Occasionally we have channel outages. Usually we are aware of them and will have the channel back online in a timely manner.
If you feel like something is wrong or a channel has been out for a long time, shoot us an email or open a support ticket and we'll take a look.

The DwellingsTV™ app works on all Roku devices. Upon your donation, you will recieve an email with instructions on how to download and connect your Roku to DwellingsTV™. You will also still recieve a free Roku via mail.
Internet is required for the Roku device. You do not, however, need cable tv.
All donations made on thedwellings.tv are donations to CESC, Inc.. You will be emailed a reciept on completion of your donation. You can use this for your tax return.
All of our main-feed channels are streamed in HD. Some of the secondary channels are also streamed in HD.
You can register a limited number of additional devices (subject to change).
No. DwellingsTV operates over the internet. So a stable intenet connection is all that is required.
We offer TV service to all those in the Tallahassee DMA. If you get WCTV, WTXL etc. via cable, you will be able to get DwellingsTV.

No! After your inital donation, there are no more mandatory costs associated with our service. We may give you opportunities to donate, but this will never effect your service.
